We work with residential and nursing home owners to ensure robust and cost effective fire protection for residents and staff.

Keeping your residents and patients safe from the danger of fire

Fire can be devastating in any building, but the dangers are magnified in a care home setting where residents may not be able to escape unaided. A crucial responsibility for any care home manager or owner is to carry out a thorough risk assessment of the premises to assess the various hazards and how they can be addressed.

This government fire safety booklet offers a detailed guide to risk assessment responsibilities in residential care premises, but if you feel daunted by the task of carrying out risk assessments in-house, it's wise to contact an accredited fire safety company for expert advice and peace of mind.
